Exhibitor Information

Our exhibitor members are a huge part of the success that TDEA has had over the years. These members usually range from a variety of businesses that impact the dance and dance team community including fundraising, costuming, choreography and instruction, prop / pom makers, performance and competition compaines, team travel, and uniform designers.

  • the opportunity to meet many of our director members in person at our annual convention held in the Houston area each January if the exhibitor chooses to exhibit at convention

  • Most of our Exhibitor Members NEVER miss our annual convention. Our exhibit hall is one of the best in the nation for attracting dance/drill team directors and dance educators. To our existing exhibitor members, we offer Early Bird pricing discounts on booth space at convention as well as giving them the first opportunity at selecting their favorite booth spaces. One of our goals at TDEA is to highlight and help promote the exhibitors who help support TDEA and its members through our newsletters, convention materials and prominent signage at convention. Exhibitors enjoy being a part of making our convention memorable by elevating their sponsorship of TDEA and participating in our exhibitor recognition program.

    2011 Convention dates:
    Wednesday, January 5 - Saturday, January 8

    Early Bird Exhibitor Registration begins July 30th. 2010!
    Early Registration means discounted booth pricing! Just $275.00 for one booth.
    Beginning September 15, the booth price will return to @325.00 for one booth, or $500.00 for two booths.

    Exhibitor Recognition Program
    Exhibitor Recognition Program Donations are those made in addition to Director Goody Bag items, Door Prizes under $25, and Booth Giveaways.

    Line of Platinum - $500.00 or more in donations
    Exhibitor receives: 2 Recognition Dinner Tickets, 2 Banquet Tickets, & 2 Entertainment Night Tickets

    Line of Gold- $250- $499 in donations
    Exhibitor receives: 1 Recognition Dinner Ticket, 1 Banquet Ticket, & 1 Entertainment Night Ticket

    Line of Silver- $150 - $249 in donations
    Exhibitor receives: 1 Banquet Ticket & 1 Entertainment Night Ticket

    Line of Bronze- $75 - $149 in donations
    Exhibitor receives: 1 Banquet Ticket

    Please note: Complimentary tickets received for donations cannot be used as a credit toward Booth Reservation.

    IF YOU WISH TO BE INCLUDED ON OUR EXHIBITOR RECOGNITION BOARD, you must send this donation form or email Cyndi Vaughn at Cyndi.Vaughn@humble.k12.tx.us no later than December 15, 2010.     Exhibitor Tentative Schedule
    Exhibit Hall Set up: Wednesday evening or Thursday morning
    Exhibit Hall Open: Thursday afternoon and Friday morning through early afternoon
    Exhibit Hall Tear Down: late afternoon on Friday
